Hi,
We are art related proffessionals(Indian and Polish) looking for a couple or a proffessional single to share our large two bed room house. You are going to share the entire house with only two of us.
our house has
High speed Broadband
TV Licence with Sky TV
2 large bed rooms
A large launge with dining table come reading room.
Toilet with power shower and bath.
kitchen with large fridge, microwave, cooker, washing mechine, toaster, water kettle and enough cutleries and pots and pans for two couple.
your bed room ( 12.50x11.50) will have a double size bed with duet and pillows, double size ward robe, double size sofa, chest of drawer, book shelf and a large baywindow.

House is located in Leytonstone zone-3, only 20 minutes tube journy to central London by Central line Tube. Literallay two minute walk to Tube station Leytonstone. several shopes include Tesco, Matalan, Prime mark, Iceland and banks Natwest and Barclays and several pubs few mintues walk away. Although it is very near to tube the house is in very quiet location.

we have been living here for last one year,its calm and quiet, we are sorry our flatmate is moving out as she finishes her studies and we are looking for a replacement. Its nice and tidy house and you can be sure that you can feel it as a house with lots of prvacy.

Rent for a couple is £110 and One person £100 perweek + bills which we will share equally every month. £450 deposit+ one month rent in advance.
