One SIngle Bedroom Available!

London flatshare in King's Cross

We (23/24, female and 32, male) have a single bedroom available in our house in Camden from March 6th or later. We are looking for 1 male who’d like to move in with us. The flat is located within 10 - 15 minutes walking distance from Camden Town, Caledonian Road, Kentish Town, or Kings Cross. It takes about 20 minutes to get to Central London from the flat. The room is very bright, has a big window to the garden (quiet), fitted carpet, and is not furnished (except for a desk). The room is not big but reasonably priced (£ 350/ month). The flat has a kitchen with washing machine, a bathroom with tub, a toilet, and a large terrace with loads of sun (if it is ever shining;)). Unfortunately, bikes are not allowed. Please note that there’s no living room.

Two of us are currently studying Arts Management in our third year, have busy lives as everyone here, we are interested in art and music. The other one is working freelance as an exhibition builder. All of us are smokers.

The person we’re looking for can be a student or a professional, should be interested to live with us for about half a year, should be reliable, respect other people’s private space (some of us are currently working on their dissertation) and you should not be dirty.
