Hi there, I'm 24 year old PhD student (female), and my partner is 24 years old, an architect working in a London based studio. We are looking for someone easy going and friendly to share the flat (preferably female, non smoking).
The room that is offered for rent has a double bed, built in wardrobe, five drawers cabinet, and a small work desk
The flat is newly refurbished with wooden floors, it has a eat-in kitchen, and a big living room, one bathroom, and 2 balconies. bills include:

There are 24 hour buses that take you directly to Baker street, Oxford street in 10minutes and Waterloo.
