i have a double room available in our lovely, friendly flatshare in streatham. Their are currently two of us living in the property. Its a great street and is literally a 2 minute walk away from a big park, tooting bec, which has many things going on including an outdoor swimming pool...great for the summer months!
In terms of transportation its very accessible. We're a 3 minute walk away from streatham common overland train station which will take you into central london in around 15 minutes. We're also a 5 minute bus ride away from tooting bec underground station (northern line) and a 10 minute bus ride away from brixton station (victoria line). Their are also many 24 hour bus routes taking you in and out of the city centre and pretty much anywhere you wanna go.
Its close to all amenities...cinema, supermarkets, shops, cafes, restaurants etc. It is a non-smoking flat.
