We are 2 friendly people who enjoy at bit of socialising and occassionally hang out. Matt likes beer, a bit of footie and spends most his spare time in his room, me i like mainly being in my room but will occassionally pop out and have a chat.

We'd like someone who likes rock/indie or metal, or someone is non judgemental.

We are less than 15 mins from London Bridge! And have a regular night bus!

We have a room in Grove Park in south east london SE12, available now. Rent is £385 inclusive of ALL bills! Thats water, council tax, tv license, gas and electric and wireless broadband (we include for free!)

Its a single room, has a bed and built in cupboard but we will get you more units if needed. We felt that by part furnished the new addition to our fltshare has more options. We have a large kitchen and frontroom and separate toilet and bathroom. All mod cons as well as wireless internet.

We are 2 professionals and 2 kittens.

First months rent must be paid up front with your deposit and if its the start on the month so must water and council tax.
