FLATSHARE NEAR University of WestminsterLondon flatshare in WestminsterThis is just a quick note to let you know some details about my Flat that you are interested in renting.Am an easygoing,down to earth and love meeting new people american in her early 20's.My flat is in 300 Regents Street,Westminster, London W1B 2UW and the nearest tube station to my flat is the Oxford Circus Tube Station near Universities & Colleges which is just about 6 minutes walk.The rent of the room per month including the Bills and utility Cost is £375.00 Per Month} SECURITY DEPOSIT:£750.00 refundable to you after 5 days in my flat if you do not damage any of my properties in my Flat while your stay there.because if you do make any damages the money of the damages will be deducted from the security deposit while the rest will be refund back to you and if you do not make any damages then the whole amount of the money which is £750.00 will be refund back to you. |
