The room is only available to someone who is immaculately clean and tidy and is use to sharing with others. Both James and Paula use headphones whilst watching tv, that way they dont disturb eachother. Also you need to be a non smoker and working in a 9-5 job. One months rent and one months deposit is required. There is one snag ! the apartment doesnt have a lounge, hence the cheap rent. But, as James brings work home and works til quite late on his PC and Paula studies, they both do not find it a problem. So if you are in a similar position this is ideal.
