My current flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend and I am therefore looking for a replacement to move in on Sunday November 4th!
THE FLAT
- Rent and bills are around £700 per person per month;
- Available from Sunday 4th November 2007;
- The flat is a large furnished maisonette;
- 10 minutes walk from both Angel and King's Cross tube stations (N1 9TY);
- Ground floor: Large open plan kitchen and living room (including dining area), WC, storage and a very small patio;
- 1st floor: 2 spacious double bedrooms, bathroom, airing cupboard and storage.
- The room contains a double bed, desk, tall chest of drawers and wardrobe.
- Given that the move in date is quite far off I'm yet to be organised enough to have taken any pictures but if you require any more info please get in touch.
THE AREA: The flat is located between Angel and King's Cross, 5 minutes walk from Sainsbury's, Tesco, Virgin Active, Fitness First and all the brilliant restaurants bars and clubs of Upper Street. The location is superb, the Northern, Piccadilly, Victoria, Circle, Hammersmith and Metropolitan lines are all within a 10 minute walk! It is also within walking distance of a number of Islington’s parks and the beautiful Regents Park.
ABOUT ME: I'm an easy going 25 year old professional working in the city, originally from Wales so I love the rugby despite the many defeats! My evenings are spent having dinner and drinks with friends, going to gigs, cinema or chilling with a nice glass of wine in front of a DVD. As for fitness, I enjoy aerobics, swimming and a good game of squash from time to time to vent some anger and exercise my terrible competitive streak!!
LOOKING FOR: I'm looking for a professional, easy going, considerate flat mate aged anything from 20 - 35 (no students or couples please). The move in date can’t be brought forward so PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND IF NOVEMBER 3RD/4TH IS TOO LATE FOR YOU.
CONCTRACTS: The terms would be a 12 month contract with a 6 month break clause. Ideally I would rather find somebody who is looking for a minimum of 12 months. References from employer and previous landlord would be required by the landlord.
My current flatmate and I have lived here for 2 years and I really don't want to move out. I searched for months for a decent sized flat in Angel with 2 double bedrooms!
