Flat to rent in The City

here are the details:
1. The room is in UNITE halls, 5mins from Old street tube, 10mins from Angel tube.
2. The rental dates are from immediately – August 23rd (it is not possible to stay beyond this date as the halls are fully booked for next year) the price is £133p/w or £532per month (NEGOTIABLE).
3. You will need to sign a rental agreement and have a guarantor sign aswell in the presence of a witness. As I have paid the rent till August 23rd, you will be paying unite, and as such they will require a security deposit of £250. once you have paid the deposit and the rental payment in full they will let you have the keys.
4. There will also be a rates charge for the 4 weeks of £125 (UNITE’s CRAZY policy, this is the minimum they charge for utilities) I understand this is very high for 4 weeks but we can come to an arrangement where I pay some of this £125, so the room gets rented.
5. The halls have laundry facilities, a common room with a flat screen TV with Sky TV and vending machines.
6. The room is in a 6 bedroom secure flat which you share with 5 other students with whom you will share a fully equipped kitchen. The room itself is also fully furnished and has a single bed, en-suite bathroom, TV connection & internet access
7. You can come and view the room during this week you need to organise this through UNITE and ask to look at room 208d. if you want the direct number for east central house I will e-mail it to you as I cannot display it on this advert
