This is a medium sizedfurnished room with double bed in a flat/maisonette. All other areas of the flat are shared.
You will have plenty of peace and quiet because I work long hours . We have double glazing all round and the room faces away from the road, which is not busy anyway. I spend a lot of time away with my kids and girlfriend and I'm not here much, but it doesn't mean I'm unsociable.
The flat was built in the '70s and isn't the most modern, but has everything you need, TV, DVD, Video, broadband connection, power shower, washing machine, phone, no cat, central heating. ALL bills included in rent.
I am 36, well educated and like science, painting, scuba diving. This would suit someone similar but as long as you are easy to get on with and have a job to pay the rent then it's cool by me.
