The house is located in a very nice neighbourhood (The Vale), it is very nice and developed in two floors. It is totally furnished. It is has gas central heating. There is storage space in the attic and a back garden. There are 2 bathroom, a large kitchen (with all the amenities), a large living room with sofa, armchairs and 1 table.
The others flatmates in the house are English-speaking 3 Italians and 1 Argentinean. We would ideally like to find somebody who is looking to stay for a while in a stable environment.
