Fully furnished, modern flat situated on quiet road five mins from Grove Park station with trains to London Bridge, Cannon Street, Waterloo and Charing X (15-25 mins depending on destination station). Small balcony and communal gardens, also a nice park at the end of the street. Supermarket 5 min walk and other good local amenities (chemist, dry cleaner, newsagent, takeaways etc.) Short bus journey to Blackheath where there are plenty of bars/restaurants. Social flat mate (owner) who is happy to have a glass of wine and a chat but has own life too. Prefer it to be fairly quiet in the week but ok to have friends over so long as it doesn't get too raucous. Must be clean and tidy. Happy to share with smoker but you will have to smoke on the balcony. Room is fully furnished, medium sized. Females only please.
