Lovely double room Streatham Common £379 plus bills

Hi there,

I am leaving my lovely double room in Streatham Common to move closer to work.

You would be living with 3 boys and 1 girl all young professionals between 23-25 who are all lovely. They would prefer a female to restore the testoterone balance in the house! We tend to socialise together but also have our own lives which is great.

A little description of house and amenities;
- Lovely double room at the top of a 6 bed house (over 3 floors) which is very quiet, includes comfy double bed, chest of drawers, large wardrobe, tv stand/shelves, private sink
- Rent is £379 per month due on 14th of every month. Deposit of £598.80 requried
- Wandsworth council tax - cheapest in London!
- Kitchen, lounge, 3 bathrooms with toilets (so there is never a queue!), garden with BBQ and parking
- Sky tv, wireless internet access

They are a lovely bunch of people to live with so please let me know if you are interested - prefer to receive an email so i can arrange a viewing with the other housemates.
