This is a large double room in a clean and tidy house within walking distance to the local shops, British Railways and busses to Eltham, Greenwich, Lewisham and Bromley.

There is a shared Kitchen, bathroom and lounge with all appliances TV, DVD player etc included. The room is fully furnished with (Hi speed) wireless internet access.

The house currently consists of 4 people myself (British), my wife (Chinese) and 2 other men (one white British one black British) two members of the house are students and 2 members are professionals in full time employment and so are rarely home. The house is very quiet, everyone is very friendly and extremely courteous.

There are no extra costs for the £90 per week (£360 per month) you will be getting a large double room, free (hi Speed) wireless internet access, shared kitchen, bathroom and access to a shared living room with appliances, the room is fully furnished and there are NO other bills to pay.

The room is currently available the only conditions are we take a 2 week deposit plus the month’s rent in advance, the deposit is paid back in full upon you leaving the house provided:
1. Four week’s notice is given prior to your leaving.
2. Nothing is broken.

We are looking for a clean non smoker to join the friendly environment already in the house.
