We are looking for a fun, creative and laid back girl to move into a beautiful, large room in this 5 bedroom house.
Three storey house, huge kitchen, lovely housemates in their 20s, off road parking space, original fireplaces in every room, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, excellent party house and very relaxed at all other times. 7 mins walk from Brixton tube station, local shops, opposite Brockwell park entrance (there's a lido in the summer). Bills not included, but never extortionate when they do come in.

I'm the one moving out after a year and I have enjoyed living here hugely.
