I have a lovely room available in a modern three bedroom townhouse in Peckham Rye (Zone 2). The house is located within 5 minutes walk of Peckham Rye train station which has regular trains to London Bridge, Victoria and Blackfriars (duration approx. 10 mins). It is also opposite a bus station which has regular buses into central london (24 hours per day). The house is also located next to Peckham Rye park. The house has all the usual mod cons including Sky, Internet, DVD, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer etc. There is also additional storage in the loft and garage. The room has a double bed together with wardrobe (* 2) and bedside unit. You would be sharing with one male young professional (English) and one female student (Brazilian). We are both extrmely easy going and sociable.
